This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit www.growthtale.com (the “Site”). The ELENI D. KOLLIGA (the "Company") knows how our clients and visitors like you, value your privacy, and we have created this privacy policy to ensure that you understand our policies and procedures, what personal information you must provide if you wish to use the Site and, ultimately, just how we use such personal information. The Company that is based in Greece, is the one that controls the processing of Personal Information on the Site.​

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT.

Additionally, when you fill in the contact form, book a meeting or subscribe through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name and email address.  We refer to this information as “Contact Information.” We collect personal information from you when you voluntarily provide it by (1) booking a meeting for more information about our services on our Website; (2) contacting via the contact form to obtain information relating to our services; (3) signing up to receive newsletters or other literature; (4) signing up as a member (i.e to comment under a blog post).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Contact Information that we collect generally to fulfill any request placed through the Site (including processing your email address). Additionally, we use this Contact Information to:

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION - THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there. In using Google Analytics our website employs the extension “anonymizeIp”. In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transferring it from EU/EEA member states. Google uses this information to analyze your use of our site, to compile reports for us on internet activity and to provide other services relating to our website. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Google states that it will in never associate your IP address with other data held by Google.   • We use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, which means we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook can connect this data with your Facebook account and use it for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Policy which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and outside of Facebook.   • Google Tag Manager is a tag management system to manage JavaScript and HTML tags used for tracking and analytics on websites. Tags are small code elements that, among other things, are used to measure traffic and visitor behavior: to understand the effect of online advertising and social channels; to set up remarketing and orientation towards target groups; and to test and optimize websites. GTM makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. We may transfer your personal data to other countries outside the EU and make it accessible to our third-party service providers internationally, as we presented them above.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS.


Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. The Company is not responsible for updating the information contained in third-party lists or databases.

If you subscribe for our email newsletter your IP address, as well as data and time of subscription, will be collected and stored at the Site. This allows us to prevent misuse of our services or of the e-mail address of the subscriber. This data is only used for the distribution of the newsletter. The subscription may be terminated by you at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each newsletter. We will delete the relevant Personal Information promptly upon your unsubscribe instruction.

However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us or information stored on the Site or our servers, will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers and your use of the Site demonstrates your assumption of this risk.

PROTECTING CHILDREN.

This Site is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). If a parent or guardian learns that a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, that child’s parent or guardian should contact us at info@growthtale.com and send a request if they would like the information submitted by the child deleted from our database. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
